Let me introduce myself... I am Bonnie, the creator of Sparkle & Sweat Shop. I love fitness and I love fashion, so I figure, why not let them collide?!
This little business is my dream, my passion, and my means to provide for my future little kiddos! Awhile back I lost one of my corporate jobs, at that point in my life I just knew that I was meant to create something! I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, which has been instilled in me from my father. He worked so hard to provide for our family, working a full time job, and also running a business on nights and weekends. As I age, I have become more and more appreciative of all the hard work he did to give our family all the things we needed! Running a small business is not easy, but boy is it rewarding! To watch everything you have created flourish, is the most rewarding feeling I have ever experienced!

When I first started this business my goal was to make otherwise boring fitness items, look fun and fashionable. I started by simply adding some glitter to my workout gloves. Not long after I decided that I wanted to offer a more comfortable glove option, one that felt like I wasn't wearing a glove on the top of my hand, but gave me protection on the palm. That is when I designed my first pair with stretchy material on the top and protective material on the palm.
It has been so fun to watch this all evolve! From just one product to now several products! I haven't always gotten everything right, I make mistakes on the daily, but you only truly fail if you don't get back up! I've been burned by manufacturers, have boxes of products that didn't workout, but it is all part of the process and I have learned so much from my mistakes! It can't all be rainbows and unicorns!
